Holly Kolarova

ESL Teacher, Henderson County Schools Career Academy

Holly Kolarova is a National Board Certified ESL teacher at the Career Academy in Henderson County schools. This is her 17th year teaching children with special needs and multilingual students in all grade levels.  Ms. Kolarova was a Kenan Teacher Fellow, past participant of Educators of Excellence-Blue Ridge Institute with NC Museum of Natural Sciences, and recent Fulbright Teachers for Global Classrooms Fellow in Peru. She is excited to be a Learning Happens Here Teacher Ambassador to bring real world experiences in the field to empower her students to discover and appreciate the rich history and culture of NC.
