Derrike Black
Bruin Bridge Facilitator, Camden County Schools
Dr. Derrike Black has been a dedicated educator for nearly a decade and a half currently working for Camden County School District as the Bruin Bridge Lead Facilitator. He completed his Bachelors of Science at Anderson University (Anderson, SC), Masters of Elementary Education at Charleston Southern University ( North Charleson, SC) and Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership Studies with an Emphasis in Student Services at University of the Cumberlands (Williamsburg, KY). In 2015, he and his recently married wife Victoria, made Camden, NC their new home. Since then, he has fallen in love with Northeast North Carolina. In addition to his work in the classroom, he also coaches Camden County’s Cross Country and Track & Field teams.
