Dr. Kelly Norton Pipes

Biology Teacher, Wilkes Early College

Dr. Kelly Norton Pipes is a biology and CTE teacher at Wilkes Early College High School in Wilkesboro. She enjoys all things outdoors, especially activities that involve water. She spent summers working as a whitewater raft guide in West Virginia and taught classes in river kayaking at a local university. Kelly is currently working with biology teachers across the state to develop lessons that high school students can complete on-site in the NC state parks.
